Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled across courses, advisory/research, and subscriptions at AIO.

No‑Refund Fee‑Only SEBI / AML / KYC

1) Scope

This policy applies to all payments made to AIO Capital Investment Services for:

  • AIO Finance Academy courses, workshops, and learning materials
  • AIO Wealth Advisory & Research services (consultations, plans, reports, subscriptions)
  • Any digital tools, content, or subscriptions offered by AIO

2) General Principle — No Refunds

All fees paid to AIO are final and non‑refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstance except where required by applicable law.

We don’t earn commissions — we earn your trust. Pricing is disclosed in advance. Please purchase only after you are fully satisfied with the information provided.

3) What’s Refundable / Not Refundable

4) Cancellations

By You

You may cancel a booking, course enrolment, advisory engagement, or subscription at any time. Please note that fees already paid are non‑refundable. The following options may be available at AIO’s discretion:

  • Live sessions: One (1) reschedule may be offered if you notify us at least 24 hours before the session start time.
  • Courses / digital materials: Access remains available per your plan. No refunds or proration once access is granted.
  • Advisory / research: Once engagement begins (documents shared or time allocated), fees are non‑refundable; a new appointment can be scheduled subject to availability.
  • Subscriptions: You can cancel auto‑renew at any time to stop future charges. Current billing cycle remains non‑refundable.

How to cancel: email admin@aioinvestment.com with your registered name, phone, product/service name, and payment reference. We will acknowledge within 48 working hours.

By AIO

In rare cases AIO may cancel, postpone, or discontinue a session or service due to facilitator illness, low enrolment, force majeure, technical issues, compliance reasons, or other operational constraints.

Remedies offered (no cash refunds unless required by law):

  • Reschedule: Offer an alternative date/time for the same session or consultation.
  • Equivalent access: Provide recordings or access to an equivalent/next cohort.
  • Service credit: Issue credit usable against a future AIO program or service within the validity period communicated in writing.

Communication: We will notify you via your registered email/SMS/WhatsApp and attempt to reschedule within a reasonable time window.

5) Chargebacks

Since fees are disclosed upfront and access is provided promptly, chargebacks are not permitted. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of amounts, fees, and penalties.

6) Promotional Offers, Coupons & Credits

Discounts and coupons are one‑time and non‑transferable. Promotional credits, if any, cannot be redeemed for cash and are non‑refundable.

7) Statutory Rights & Compliance

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian laws. Where a statutory refund is expressly required, AIO will comply after due verification.

AIO may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
