Responsibilities

    • Acquire new clients for AIO’s financial products and services
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
    • Explain products clearly and ethically to clients
    • Follow company sales process, documentation, and compliance norms
    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
    • Coordinate with branch administration and internal teams
    • Maintain proper records, reports, and client follow-ups

Must Have

    • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
    • Strong communication skills and confidence in client interaction
    • Willingness to learn financial products and regulations
    • Ethical mindset and respect for company policies
    • Ability to work with targets and timelines

Nice to have

    • Graduate in Commerce, Management, or Finance
    • Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services
    • NISM Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
    • Basic understanding of mutual funds, insurance, or capital markets
    • Local area knowledge and client network
